Brian started his sales career with NCR selling POS systems and earned 15 “Presidents Club” awards with multiple tech companies. He has over 30 years of experience in leading sales organizations both national and international, from start-ups to companies with over 500 million in revenues. He has also owned 5 of his own companies including a consulting firm that focused in the areas of Sales/ Business Development, VC Capital Investment, General Contracting, Cyber Security and a safety technology to manage and prevent driver fatigue and distraction. He was a member of the National Transportation Safety Board and has been on the board of several non-profits. Brian earned a BBA in Marketing/Finance and an MBA in Finance.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership and team development, no one is better positioned than Mark Cole to champion the brand and secure the legacy of John Maxwell. An intentional and passionate student of growth and leadership, Mark lives to inspire and motivate people to reach their full potential. His journey with John began with INJOY and INJOY Stewardship Services, where his servant’s heart and strategic mind became crucial assets.

In 2011, Mark was called as CEO of all of John Maxwell’s enterprises and for nine years he faithfully served as John’s right hand, leading the various organizations. In 2020, Mark became the president and chief executive officer of the John Maxwell Enterprise, a consolidated organization with a single operational footprint but with the continued mandate to execute John’s vision to add value to leaders who multiply value to others.

With extensive knowledge of organizations in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, Mark brings a capacity for vision and execution to every opportunity. Additionally, in 2008, Mark launched his consulting firm The IRON League to provide leadership advice to high-achieving organizations.

Mark and his incredible wife, Stephanie, have two daughters, Tori and Maci, as well as three handsome grandsons, Ryder, Robert and Emery. They reside in Atlanta, Georgia

Through a broad range of professional experiences and board appointments, Norwood Davis brings 25 years of strategic and financial leadership to The John Maxwell Company.  As a superior strategic thinker and a proven track record of analyzing complex future scenarios, he develops competitive and innovative strategies to exploit opportunity and manage risks.

Norwood has significant executive and board level experience with privately held for profit, non-profit and philanthropic organizations.  Currently, he serves as on the board of Capital City Home Loans, a premier, full-service lender serving 10 states across the United States Southeast.  He also serves on the board of the Wesleyan Investment Foundation, the second largest church loan fund in the United States with over $1 billion in assets. Norwood also serves on the Board of Northside Hospital and its Finance and Audit Committee.  Northside is a 5-hospital system in the Metro Atlanta area with over 1,600 licensed beds and more than 21,000 employees.

Norwood also serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations including Street Grace, an Atlanta based organization combating the commercial sexual exploitation of children.  Norwood also serves as a Trustee of the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation and as a Board member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and a member of its Finance Committee.  Past board roles include Relevate, Chestnut Mountain Ranch, the Environmental Markets Association, and the Citadel Alumni Association.  He also served on the board of World Hope International from 2009 through 2012, an international faith-based relief and development organization headquartered in Washington, DC.

Prior to The John Maxwell Company, Norwood spent 12 years in a variety of executive roles with Duke Energy, a Fortune 500 global energy company.  Norwood graduated with honors from The Citadel with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1991.  He earned his Masters of Business Administration from The Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.  Norwood and his wife, Aerah, have two adult children.

Beverly Ophoff

Growing up in Texas and moving every few months because her father was in the U. S. Immigration Service provided a perfect educational model for Beverly to enter the international business arena as an adult.

She earned a B. A. degree in Piano from Pt. Loma University and later went on to an M. A. in Choral Conducting at Calif. State College in Los Angeles. For 20 years, she taught in public school music, both in choral and history. For several years she served on the Southern Calif. Vocal Association board and Beverly received the Outstanding Woman in Calif. 

In 1978 Beverly started her marketing business first in the U. S. and later into other countries. For the last 25 years, she has been traveling to many nations and setting up networks for moving products to help families better themselves. In South Africa, with her many connections, they were able to work with orphanages in Capetown and Johannesburg. In India, they were able to help a children’s hospital in Calcutta and to aid in building an orphanage and school in Mumbai. Also, in Rwanda, she was able to help widows of the genocide by providing housing for them in the Village of Hope. Also, for the last eight years, Beverly has been actively fighting Sex Trafficking.

Reaching back into her musical background, Beverly has been giving scholarships to young conductors all over the world for over 25 years through her friend and conductor Helmuth Rilling from Bach Academy in Stuttgart, Germany.

In 2010 Beverly received the first Generosity Award given by the Amway Corporation for these efforts. Beverly has published four books available in 15 languages: Positive Charge, Hitting the Highest Notes, A Woman’s Guide to Bootstrapping a Business, and Sunday Morning. Sharon Lechter included Beverly in her new book, Think and Grow Rich for Women. Beverly’s highest purpose is to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.

Luis D Ramos

Luis spent nearly 30-years in Risk Management and Corporate Compliance with a focus on software development and innovation. He began his career in Risk Management while working for Crawford & Company, the largest independent Risk Management firm in the world. In 1993, Luis joined RISCORP, a fast-growing Risk and Insurance firm in Sarasota, FL, where he led the development of the company’s software platforms, including a completely paperless workstation for the claims department. In 1998, Luis relocated to Atlanta where he became part of the ownership team of The Network, Inc (TNI). From 1998 to 2008, Luis held various Sr. operational roles as he helped transform TNI into the leading corporate compliance hotline company in the country. In 2009, Luis saw an opportunity to expand the company’s offerings into the software as a service (SaaS) space and he led the development of an integrated suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solutions. As CEO, from 2009 to 2015, Luis oversaw dramatic growth and market share acquisition. By 2015, TNI provided GRC solutions to 50% of the Fortune 500, and its software and services touched 1 in 4 employees in the US.

TNI was acquired by Vista Equity Partners, the leading investor in enterprise software, data, and technology companies in the world. Vista asked Luis to become COO of NAVEX Global, the surviving portfolio company, in order to lead the integration of the combined businesses. After fulfilling his commitment to Vista, Luis retired in 2017.

Luis and his wife of 31 years circumnavigated the world in 2018/19, visiting six continents, 46 countries over 500 locations in a 10-month timeframe. Today, Luis stays active by volunteering, occasional board work, and being a doting grandfather. Luis and his wife have three adult children and a two-year-old granddaughter; they make their home in St. Petersburg, Florida.
